Robot...

Last week I had every intention to do something great for illustration friday but somehow I totally forgot about it so I've whacked this portrait of Karl Capek together really quickly (and I mean quickly). Karl Capek wrote the play rossum's universal robots in the 1920's which actually brought the word "robot" to the English language. Though he actually credits his brother for the use of the word. I had a lot of other ideas for this word as well so I'm pretty annoyed that I wasted it. Ah well, better luck next week eh.
